Return & Cancellation Policy

1. General

This policy applies to purchases made through the order form on this site, supplements our Terms of Sale, and is governed by the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.

2. Investment products (silver & gold coins and bars)

Investment products are priced to the live market (spot) price of the metal at the time of the order and fluctuate continuously. Under the law, the statutory right of cancellation does not apply to goods whose price depends on changes in exchange rates, an index, or market value outside the seller's control. Accordingly, once an order is confirmed it cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged due to a change of mind.

Where, exceptionally, we agree to cancel such an order, the customer will bear any market-price difference (market loss) arising between order confirmation and cancellation, plus a handling fee.

3. Non-investment products

For an item that is not an investment product, the order may be cancelled within 14 days of receiving the product or the disclosure document (whichever is later), provided the item is returned in its original, sealed and intact packaging, unused and undamaged.

Cancellation fee: 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower, as permitted by law. Persons with disabilities, senior citizens (65+) and new immigrants: up to 4 months, subject to the conditions of the law.

4. Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective item, one damaged in transit, or one that does not match your order, we will resolve it with no cancellation fee: replacement, repair, or a full refund at your choice, with return shipping at our expense. Please notify us within 5 days of delivery with supporting documentation.

5. How to request a cancellation

6. Refunds

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice, to the original payment method, less the cancellation fee and any shipping costs that apply. For cash purchases, refunds are made by cheque.

7. Overseas orders (Europe / UAE)

Orders for customers outside Israel are fulfilled through our partners in the UAE. Cancellation and returns for these orders are handled with the partner and subject to its terms; please contact us and we will coordinate the process for you.

8. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel shall have jurisdiction.
